Why?

Do people think such vehicles are cool or something? I personally think they look ridiculous. I mean, it might get a few coolness points if there were a jacuzzi in the back there, and you could drive around... in a jacuzzi in the back of the stupidest looking limo known to man. Yeah, we saw more than one of these tonight.
